CASE SUBMISSION AND INSTRUCTIONS

Using The Pathway Advantage Planning System

For a New Case

  • Create a Case: Initiate a new case in your Doctor Portal. Complete all required tabs.
  • Navigate to Submit Tab: Locate the PLANNING SUPPORT SERVICES section.
  • Add Order: Click ADD ORDER.
  • Select Provider: Choose Pathway Solutions Inc. from the dropdown.
  • Select Payment Method: Choose your preferred method.
  • Complete Billing Information: Enter required details.
  • Agree and Pay: Click AGREE AND PAY.
  • Review and Submit: Confirm and click SUBMIT.
  • Do not approve anything yet.

For an Existing Case (Revision)

  • Go to Case Details: Navigate to the patient’s case details page.
  • Initiate a Revision: Click the REVISE button.
  • Add Order: Find PLANNING SUPPORT SERVICES and click ADD ORDER.
  • Select Provider: Choose Pathway Solutions Inc. from the dropdown.
  • Select Payment Method: Choose your preferred method.
  • Complete Billing Information: Enter required details.
  • Agree and Pay: Click AGREE AND PAY.
  • Review and Submit: Confirm and click SUBMIT.

Before You Submit: Clinical & Technical Requirements Checklist

Upper arch STL scan

Required for staging and attachment placement.

Lower arch STL scan

Required for staging and attachment placement.

Bite Registration Scan

Most commonly missed. Without this, cannot verify occlusion.

Frontal Smiling Photo

Evaluates smile arc for patient.

Frontal repose photo

Evaluates lip competence.

Profile Photos

Evaluates facial profile of patient.

Intraoral photos (5 Views)

Requires five different perspectives to be visible. Verifies soft tissue health.

Panoramic X-Ray(s)

Verifies bone boundaries (recommended for complex cases),

Cephalometric X-Ray(s)

Critical for torque adjustments.

Administrative & Clinical Implementations

Front Desk Checklist

  • Add Pathway Solutions Inc. as approved provider in manufacturer portal
  • Track two invoices separately
  • Never book delivery until after optimization and your approval
  • Ensure patient privacy disclosures cover third-party planning partners

Clinical Team Checklist

  • Do not approve or modify case during optimization window
  • Verify root positions against radiographs before approving final plan
  • Review Prescription Sheet for attachment and IPR timing
  • For stalls: remove attachments, new scan, resubmit through refinement order
