Pathway Solutions Inc. was formed to investigate a hard truth in the dental industry. Clear aligner technology was racing ahead, but the wisdom to use it safely was being left behind.
Manufacturers focused far too much on fabrication, and advancements in software made tooth movements look effortless. Meanwhile, dentists and orthodontists were being asked to sign off on complex digital setups with little support or guidance, and ultimately it was their patients who paid the price in refinements, delays, and frustration.
The Vision for The Aligner Gap
Our founders saw the same pattern from three different angles within the dental industry.
- from inside dental laboratories,
- from the front lines of orthodontic innovation
- from the realities of running and scaling a busy practice.
They all arrived at the same conclusion; the problem was not the brand of aligners, the scanners used, or the dentists' skill level. It was the plan.
So they built Pathway Advantage Planning, a system designed to close this "Aligner Gap" and make orthodontist expertise accessible to every clinician seeking a better framework.
