The Pathway Advantage Planning System

The Orthodontist-Driven Dental Treatment Planning Engine.
The Pathway Advantage Planning System provides specialist clinical planning support, delivered by human orthodontists and dentists. Our team reviews patient records, evaluates biological boundaries, and prepares treatment planning inputs. The treating dentist remains the clinician of record and retains ultimate responsibility for diagnosis, treatment approval, patient consent, and final sign-off before manufacture.
All cases are reviewed by our team of orthodontists, dentists, and orthodontically trained technicians.
This system was designed in collaboration with Dr. Geoff Hall, Trusted Advisor & Clinical Architect to Pathway Solutions Inc. He is renowned throughout the dental industry as the first Invisalign user outside of the US, and currently serves as a Diplomate on the American Board of Orthodontics.
We ensure that your treatment plans and cases are handled by a team you can trust in.
What brands of clear aligner do we support and work with?
We designed our infrastructure as a universal solution compatible with the most frequently used and leading dental clear aligner systems, including Invisalign®, Spark™, ClearCorrect®, Angel Aligner™, SureSmile®, as well as other reputable brands throughout the global dental industry.

A Two-Zone Workflow
LEFT: Used ONLY by the dentist at chairside. Our orthodontist team does NOT use these tools.
Right: Used ONLY by our orthodontic experts. They use raw patient records directly.
The Dentist Decides: If viable, proceed from Left Zone to Right Zone (Step 1 to Step 2).
THE PAP SYSTEM - LEFT ZONE TOOL DISCLAIMER
The Case Assessment Tool provides preliminary guidance only. It is not a clinical diagnosis. Final candidacy determination requires full records review by the treating clinician.
THE PAP SYSTEM - RIGHT ZONE TOOL DISCLAIMER
Clinical evaluation and planning inputs are performed for treatment design purposes only. Final clinical diagnosis remains solely with the treating clinician.
Your Case in 6 Steps
NOTE: You Remain the Treating Clinician. Pathway Solutions Inc. provides planning recommendations only. The treating dentist is legally responsible for final diagnosis, treatment approval, patient informed consent, and final case sign-off before manufacturing. All major decisions are your responsibility. You review, you approve, you treat.
-[YOU] UPLOAD-
Upload any necessary scans, photos, and X-rays to your existing provider portal. Select Pathway Solutions Inc. as your planning partner. Do not approve anything yet on your end.
-[WE] OPTIMIZE-
Our orthodontists work directly inside your system on your case. They refine staging, attachments, biomechanics, etc. This process typically takes 5–10 business days. You do nothing and can focus on running your practice and treating patients.
-DO NOT INTERRUPT-
DO NOT approve or request changes through the manufacturer. This will lock our team out and causes delays for your case.
-READY FOR APPROVAL-
Your case's status changes to "Ready for Approval" and you will be sent an email notification to proceed to further steps for review.
-REVIEW, FINALIZE, SIGN OFF-
Review the finished, optimized setup, request any last changes, the submit the final approval. Only then will the manufacturer be notified to produce the aligners for you.
-ALIGNER PRODUCTION-
Your aligner will be manufactured based on your new treatment plan and sent to you according to your schedule and patient's needs.
A Sample Timeline for Delivery
Note: The typically 5–10 working day window reflects our thorough, manual review by orthodontists — not instant software automation. We will always prioritize proper dental compliance, patient safety and treatment quality over speed.
